It has taken nearly two years for us to develop our CoverMates™ Holiday Storage line of products for the marketplace. We’ve done our homework by studying the holiday storage market of products to see what works and what doesn’t. We’ve also read countless consumer reviews regarding holiday storage items and have geared product features towards what you were asking for. This, together with our innovative additions to the holiday storage category clearly separates us from the rest!
Our mission as a company is to bring products to the marketplace that will exceed your expectations and we believe our CoverMates™ Holiday Storage product line does this. We invite you to review the common features below found in each of our items:
Main Material
We chose heavy 600 x 600 polyester with a superior thread weave for optimum durability for our holiday storage bags. The polyester is backed with thick PVC lining which provides stability and eliminates moisture penetration. This material is durable and puncture-resistant, so it will hold up beautifully in the garage, attic, basement or any other area you choose for your holiday storage. Our Holiday Storage collection is available in holiday Green and Red so you have two festive colors to choose from. In addition to these two colors, we have six holiday storage bags available in traditional Black.
Accessory Material
Contrasting the festive green and red polyester material is a neutral beige that has a shade of Christmas “nutmeg” in it. This accent color is tastefully used throughout our holiday storage collection from details such as interior lining, zippers, handles, buckles, shoulder straps and draw cords etc. If you select from our traditional black collection, all accessory components are also black.
Durability and Strength
By itself, the 600 x 600 polyester material is more than capable of meeting your holiday storage needs. However, we aim to exceed your expectations when it comes to product performance, so we’ve taken the extra step of reinforcing the inside of our bags at lifting stress points with durable webbing. You won’t find this with any other bag. Yes, this cost more and is harder to construct, but we believe it’s worth the extra effort.
Added durability and strength can also be found in our channel lock stitching on seams. It’s harder to sew seams this way, but independent tests show that seams sewn this way out perform seams that are not. Again, our goal is to exceed your expectations with quality construction.
Since webbing is much stronger than polyester, we not only use it for our padded carrying handles, but we also use it down the full length of our holiday storage bags and on the bottom of the larger bags for additional support.
Convenience Features
Ever forget which holiday storage box you put something in? We’ve resolved this by constructing built-in windows we call ClearView in all our Holiday Storage products. These windows are made from durable clear PVC and are positioned in non-stress areas to give you a clear view of what’s inside each bag. This will make holiday decorating much easier and faster by saving time hunting around for stored keepsakes you can’t find!
Additional identification can be customized by using our strategically positioned ID windows. All ID windows have an identification card inside that can be used for listing the objects inside the bag.
We’ve even thought of how our holiday storage products open and close. Instead of fighting bags with single zippers to try and get objects inside, we’ve incorporated three-sided zippered lids that allow the bag to open up completely. You’ll find it’s a snap to quickly fill or empty all of our holiday storage bag products because of this important feature! Also, we’ve provided double zippers with large pulls that are easy to handle as an added convenience when opening or closing the bag.
Many of our holiday storage bags have side handles and all have a set of padded center straps for carrying. Our D-shaped side handles offer added padding, as do our center straps, to provide the maximum comfort when lifting and carrying full bags which can get quite heavy.
Whenever possible, we’ve constructed our holiday storage products with built-in zippered pockets on the interior for added storage. When it comes to holiday keepsakes and accessories, you never can have enough storage places for the organization and protection of your valuable Christmas decorations.
