All of our CoverMates™ motorcycle covers are made with our rich, black 300D polyester material that has been chemically treated to repel water; it just simply beads up and rolls off. Flap covered vents are sewn near the handle bars to ensure proper air circulation. This allows the moisture under the cover to escape and helps to prevent the development of mold and mildew. Additionally, there is an extra layer of heat retardant material sewn into the inside of the rear of the cover, allowing you to cover your motorcycle without your tailpipe burning a hole through your cover.
When you have a protective cover you want it to stay on, no matter what the weather is like. If your cover is blowing off and/or away then what good is it doing to protect your motorcycle? CoverMates™ motorcycle covers come with 3 options to keep your cover safely secured to your motorcycle. For starters, we hem the bottom of the cover around heavy-duty elastic band so that it hugs the motorcycle tight. Then we added 2 adjust straps that run beneath the motorcycle and snap together. Lastly, we have sewn in 2 sturdy loops at the front and back of the cover that can be attached to a rope or bungee cord that runs underneath the motorcycle. To top it all off, we have included reinforced grommets on either side of the cover to allow for a cable lock to pass through without interfering with cover over your motorcycle.
