Although your powersports vehicle was designed with a exterior capable of enduring some of the toughest terrain it is no secret that over time the sun’s harmful rays and Mother Nature’s harsh rain, wind, snow and ice can cause massive devastation to the outer body and graphics, as well as some exposed vital engine parts. As so, we have carefully developed our powersports covers to include unique features to aid in the protection, as well as the utility, of your powersports covers. For starters, each powersports cover comes with flap-covered breathing vents to allow for proper air circulation which serves two purposes: 1) Prevent the “ballooning effect” cause when wind gets trapped under the cover and forces it to lift off of the powersports vehicle, and 2) Reduce the chance of rust, mold and/or mildew development from water being trapped under the cover with no room to escape. While the mesh vents helps to get moisture out, our unique flap design helps keep the moisture from getting in from the vent. In addition to the flap-covered vents, our powersports covers also come with an extra thick, strong elastic band sewn into the hem of the cover to provide a more custom fit that “hugs” the powersports vehicle, and resists the wind’s urge to blow it away. However, we know that sometimes Mother Nature doesn’t play games, so neither did we. Every powersports cover includes adjustable straps that runs beneath the vehicle and buckles together. From there, the straps can be cinched tighter for a very secure fit. And if that isn’t enough, hook a bungee cord or rope to the sewn-in sturdy loops at the front and rear of the cover for that little extra bit of protection. Some of our powersports covers even include an extra lining of material specifically designed to resist heat and/or limit scratching.
