Our CoverMates™ snowmobile covers also come with some pretty nifty features, such as flap-covered vents on both sides of the cover near the handle bars to provide proper air circulation throughout the cover. This fights against the development of rust, mold and mildew, that may be caused by standing water trapped under the cover, as well as the “ballooning effect” that occurs when wind gets trapped under the cover which can lift it off and blow it away. To further prevent the CoverMates™ snowmobile covers from blowing away we’ve included an extra thick, strong elastic band sewn into the hem as well as three (3) adjustable straps that run under the snowmobile and buckle together. And if that still wasn’t enough, we even added strong loops at the front and rear of the cover to attach via a bungee cord or rope.
