How to Measure > Umbrella Covers
We take the guesswork out of measuring for umbrella covers! Follow these steps to ensure a proper fit:
H = Height, determined by measuring the umbrella from the top of the pole down to where the umbrella fabric ends.
Dia = Diameter, found by measuring across the bottom opening of your umbrella fabric.
C = Circumference, calculated by measuring around the outside of the bottom opening of your umbrella fabric.
- If you're in a cold Northern climate, it's best to cover your umbrella with our umbrella cover and store it in a clean, dry location for maximum protection.
- Use our convenient umbrella extension wand (included with the cover) to get the umbrella cover over the pole, then store the wand in the built-in pouch inside the cover.
- If you select an umbrella cover a little longer than the umbrella material, the extra length will help protect the umbrella pole and crank.
- Bigger is better, so select an outdoor protective cover size that's slightly larger than your umbrella dimensions.
