We understand that gas grills available these days come in a variety of shapes and sizes and a "universal cover" or "one size fits all" approach to gas grill covers isn't best for our customers. Our CoverMates Elite series 45 x 21 x 35 gas grill covers are the smallest size we offer, and they are designed to cover gas grills that are less than 45" in length.

Grilling outdoors is a year-round activity and our durable polyester BBQ grill covers are great if you plan on covering your gas grill between each use.  It is lightweight, which means it is extremely easy to put on and to take off your gas grill. The elastic around the bottom combined with the adjustable draw cord means there are no velcro straps or other "tie-downs" that you will need to mess with.  Our Elite gas grill cover can be cinched around the bottom to create a snug, custom fit that will not blow off in even the windiest conditions.

Don't let the lightweight nature of the material fool you… this is one tough material and has been specially formulated for applications such as BBQ grill covers and patio furniture covers. This synthetic material is made from 300 denier woven polyester and it has been developed to withstand everything Mother Nature can dish out.  The material is water-resistant because two barriers have been added to the polyester.  First, the material has an application of a water repellent chemical similar to "Scotchguard". This promotes water beading.  Secondly, we have added two coatings of polyurethane to the underside of the gas grill cover.  This creates a moisture-resistant barrier.
