The Ultima collection is constructed from a 300 denier solution-dyed polyester. The solution-dyed process involves a special color application to the liquid polymers before the thread of the material is formed and later woven into fabric.  This process allows for color consistency throughout the material, which gives it the ability to withstand intense sun and heat exposure- ranking it the highest in fade-resistance amongst all other materials. Ultima is also treated to have 2x more water-resistance than other cover materials available in the marketplace.
