Red Velvet Cake Balls

This is our newest family favorite! They always look so festive and are perfect for parties! The whole family can get involved with rolling these into balls and decorating with sprinkles.


Ingredients:

  • 1 red velvet cake mix
  • 16oz ounce container cream cheese frosting
  • White almond bark

Directions:

1) Prepare cake mix according to package directions using any recommended pan size; when cake is done, crumble while warm into large bowl and stir in frosting until well blended
2) Scoop cake mixture and form into balls
3) Let chill in refrigerator for 2 - 4 hours
4) Melt white almond bark in glass bowl in microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth
5) Dip each cake ball into white almond bark and place on clean wax paper until dry
