Return Policy


HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ORDER?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if for some reason the product does not work for your needs, you have 30 days to return and/or exchange the item. The 30 day period begins from the date on your invoice. Please note, we cannot accept returns for Covercraft custom vehicle covers and any custom B2B orders.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED AND REFUNDED?

Returns are processed within 7 - 10 business days of receipt and refunds are issued within 3 - 5 business days of processing. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase.

EXCHANGES AND RE-ORDERS

Exchanges are completed in a two-step process. First a return authorization is obtained for the original purchase. Then a new order can be placed at any time for the new size, style, or color you're wanting in its place. Please note, shipping charges will apply for the new order.

STEP 2: PREPARE SHIPMENT FOR RETURN
***Important*** To avoid a 15% restocking fee, please be sure your RMA number is written on the outside of your package. The Cover Store does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns. However, you may use the carrier of your choice for your return. We strongly encourage you to use a carrier who will provide tracking information and insurance, as we cannot issue refunds for returns lost in transit. You may use the pre-addressed label on your invoice or return the product to the following address:

RETURNING A PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM AMAZON.COM

To return a product purchased through Amazon.com, please log into your Amazon account to initiate the return request. You will be promptly emailed your authorization number within 24 hours along with further instructions for your return. We apologize, but we are unable to provide a return authorization without the return request from your Amazon account.
