Returns Made Easy
Our Easy Return Process allows you to use our online system at your convenience. Simply click the orange Begin Return button below to complete and submit your information. Once you've submitted your Return request, you'll be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with instructions on how to proceed. During this time frame, be sure to check your junk/spam folders for our returns email in case it's been filtered out of your Inbox.
30 Days on Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if for some reason the product does not work for your needs, you have 30 days to return and/or exchange the item. The 30 day period begins from the date on the front side of your invoice included with your shipment. Custom orders are excluded from the return process unless your items were misshipped or defective upon receipt.
We welcome the following:
- Return for a refund*
- Return for another size or item**
- Return and exchange due to damage or defect***
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM ITEMS.
*Refunds on all returns will be for the purchase price of the item only. Original shipping cost is not included in your refund and is not refundable. Additional costs such as duty, and brokerage fees on international shipments (Canada) will not be refunded.
**Unlike many, we do not have a restocking charge as long as our return procedures are followed. However, a restocking charge of 15% will apply in the following circumstances:
- A return is received by us without a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- A return is received by us because the shipment was refused.
***If an item you purchased is defective and falls under warranty, then we will repair or replace the item for you at no additional cost. Warranty terms vary depending on product line. For details on our warranties, click here.
