Unlike many, we do not have a restocking charge as long as our return procedures are followed. However, please note that receiving a return without a Return Authorization Number (RA#) will incur a 15% restocking charge. Refunds on all returns will be for the purchase price of the item only. Shipping is not included.

Defective items fall under our 2 years warranty policy and 3 years warranty policy.

Automated Online Option
Our return process allows you to use our automated online system at your convenience, not ours! You don't have to talk to anyone, wait on hold, leave a message or wait until our hours of operation. Simply log in, fill in the blanks and submit. Your return is automatically captured in our system. Within 1-2 business days your information will be reviewed, assigned a RA# and you will be contacted with instructions on how to proceed. Please be sure to check your SPAM or junk folders for any email that may have been delayed or filtered. It’s "returns made easy"!
