Shipping Policy

All shipping options utilize a mix of reliable carriers to ensure your order is delivered in a secure and timely manner. After the order is placed, the system automatically selects the most efficient shipping method based on destination, size, and weight.

In-stock items will ship within 1-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Transit time ranges from 1 - 9 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. To get a more accurate delivery date, enter your zip code into the shipping estimator at checkout.

You can track the status of your order 24 hours after it has been shipped using our Track My Order feature. You will need your order number & ship-to zip code to access this information. Your order number begins with WEB1 and can be found on your order confirmation email. Please note, Coverstore will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

On the rare occasion a product is out of stock, a notice will appear on the item's detail page, including the date we expect the item to replenish in our inventory. The out of stock item will be shipped to you at no additional freight cost when it becomes available.

Orders containing both in stock & backordered items: in stock items ship within 1 - 2 business days & backordered items ship when available.

Covermates custom covers will ship within 1-2 weeks* of placing your order, and order tracking information will be visible 24-48 hours after shipment date. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains the order tracking link for the selected carrier to monitor tracking movement.

For orders containing stock and custom items: in-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days, and custom items will ship within 1-2 weeks.

We offer Free Shipping on orders $99+. This offer will automatically be applied to your shopping cart when you spend $99.00 or more. You must spend $99.00 or more after discounts are applied (and not including taxes or shipping charges) to qualify for FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING. Offer valid only for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping cannot be applied to Coverstore Pro orders or applied as partial payment toward the cost of other shipping methods. May be modified or terminated at any time.

We are glad to offer all-inclusive shipping rates for orders shipping internationally. This means that we will charge you a fee for brokerage, duties, and taxes up-front, and we will then pay these charges ourselves. That way, you will not have to pay anything extra, and you can be assured that the total amount in your shopping cart is all you'll pay - you won't get any surprises at the time of delivery. To view the amount of shipping, brokerage, duties, and taxes for your order, simply add the products to your shopping cart and enter your postal code in the shipping & tax estimator section of the checkout page.
