Shipping Policy


We contract with UPS for the standard and expedited shipping of our products. Since they charge based on the size and weight of the package, as well as the distance the package travels, we believe it's best to base our shipping costs on your actual freight charge. This way you know exactly what you're paying for and what you're saving before making your purchase.

Expected Delivery Time

After an order is placed, we take between 1 - 2 business days to get the order processed and shipped. In the event your order includes a custom product, we'll ship in 10 - 14 business days. Orders that include both stocking product and custom or backordered items will be split shipped. Stocked items will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Custom items or backordered products will be shipped when they become available at our expense. Contact us if you'd like your order held and shipped when all items are available. Packages that go out via our standard delivery option (UPS Ground) generally take between 2 - 5 business days to arrive to their shipping destination. Please see the UPS Zone chart below to determine your package's delivery time frame.

To expedite your order, you may select from one of the faster delivery options offered during the checkout process. Please note: orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii must go out via the 2nd Day Air or Overnight Express delivery option.

Flat Rate Shipping

Flat Rate Some single-item orders may qualify for flat rate shipping through USPS to help save you money. However, due to the Post Office's operations, your package will not be trackable and can generally take between 7 - 10 business days to arrive at its destination.

 

Backordered Items and Special Orders

Special Order Expected delivery time for a custom product can be up to 20 business days. Generally, a custom item takes between 10 - 14 business days to be produced and shipped.

 

On the rare occasion a product is out of stock, a notice will appear on the item's detail page indicating when we expect to replenish our inventory for this item. The out of stock item will be shipped to you at no additional freight cost when it becomes available.

 

Shipping Policy for Shipments to Canada

Canadian FlagWe're glad to offer all-inclusive shipping to our Canadian customers. This means that we'll charge you a fee for brokerage, duties and taxes up front and we'll then pay these charges ourselves to UPS. That way, you won't have to pay anything to the UPS driver and you can be assured that the total amount you see in your shopping cart is all you'll pay - you won't get any surprises at the time of delivery! To view the amount of shipping, brokerage, duties and taxes for your order, simply add the products to your shopping cart and enter your postal code in the Calculate Shipping area on the shopping cart page.

USPS is not an option, since they do not allow us to charge duties/taxes up-front.

The amount that we charge for brokerage, duties and taxes is an estimate based on the value of your order and the products in it, since duties can vary by product type. Even if UPS ends up charging us more than we quoted you for brokerage/duties/taxes, the amount that we quoted will still be all you'll pay - we'll take care of the difference.
