Our Shipping Policy

At The Cover Store we don’t play games with our prices and shipping. Some on-line retailers raise their prices and then offer free shipping, making their customers believe they’re getting a great deal. Others charge a “flat” shipping rate to all customers based on the dollar amount of their purchase. If a retailer ships from the east coast, their east coast customers pay the same shipping charges that a west coast customer pays! Actually, that means that their east coast customers are subsidizing the freight costs to get packages to the west coast! Since shipping charges are based on the size and weight of the package, as well as the distance the package travels, that’s what we use to determine your actual freight charge. You will also enjoy additional freight savings because all of our shipments originate from the central part of the United States!

The Cover Store will ship your order within 1 to 2 business days after it is placed with us. The method of shipment we use is United Parcel Service (UPS) ground. Ground shipping generally will take 2 to 5 business days to arrive (depending on your location) after it leaves our facility. Actual shipping charges for all orders will be shown to you before you finalize your order. Our website is linked directly to the UPS published rate schedule and those are exactly the rates you will pay. On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email of the expected delay. All orders to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped by 2nd day or overnight express.

Presently, we are only accepting orders that will ship to U.S. destinations.
