Special Orders

If it we're possible, we'd stock every size and shape cover imaginable to fill the needs of our valued customers. Since that's not practical, we offer a special order service instead for those hard to find or less popular items.

- The great majority of covers sold at The Cover Store are in stock and available for immediate shipment. Stocking items are identified with a our green "in stock" logo on the product page.

- Special order items found on our website are identified with our amber "special order" logo on the product page and are made at our factory after your order is placed. Here are the details of our special order service:

Ordering

Orders for special order items can be placed on our website just like stocking items. Special order items can be combined with stocking items on the same order. In these cases, we will ship the stocking items immediately to you and then ship the special order items at our expense after we receive them from our factory. Pre-payment for special order items is not necessary. Your credit card will be charged for the special order items the day we ship them to you.

Delivery Time

Generally, delivery time for your special order items will range from four to six weeks. We understand this is a long time and we will do everything possible to shorten it. However, getting hard to find items in the size, material and color you need will be worth the wait!

Returns

Special order items fall under the same "30 Day No Questions Asked" return policy as our stocking items! If you order a special order item and it doesn't work out for you, we'll gladly exchange it or give you a refund. That's The Cover Store way!
