We offer an array of covers that will provide high-quality protection for the items you wish to store. Volume discounts are available on qualifying orders.

Do you offer discounts or wholesale pricing?

Yes, we offer volume based discounts on all stocked items, beginning on orders that meet a minimum purchase requirement of $500. The discount starts at 10% and ranges up to 30%, depending on the size of your order. The discount is based on total purchase amount over a calendar year. This discount is available only for stock purchases and does not apply to custom orders. We are unable to offer wholesale pricing on our products.

What is the turnaround time for commercial orders?

The turnaround time depends upon the quantity and style you are interested in.

  • In stock items typically ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days from order payment.
  • Custom and backordered items ship in approximately 8-10 weeks from sample and order confirmation.
  • Expedited delivery options may be available for an additional fee.

Do you make custom covers?

Yes! The Cover Store can help you develop custom covers. Please note:

  • The minimum order quantity for a partially customized cover is 20 units. This means that the only change you are requesting is to vary the dimensions on an existing style. All other features must remain the same. We will need to know the style number you are referencing.
  • The minimum order quantity for a fully customized covers is 50 units.
Please note that discount pricing does not apply to custom orders.

Can I add my logo to your product?

Yes, we are able to add logo embroidery on our covers, on orders of 50 units or more. To determine if your logo will qualify, you will need to submit a high resolution logo to our artwork team for review.

Why do I need a sample?

If you are interested in a large quantity or custom order, we require you to order a sample of the item for approval. This is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the quality and fit of the product.

  • For in stock items, the sample cost is the retail value of the item on our website. The sample cost will be applied towards the amount needed to meet our volume pricing discounts. If you are unhappy with your stock sample, it can be returned to us for a full refund.
  • For custom items and items with any kind of customization, the sample charge is $500 per prototype. Note that 80% of this sample fee will be credited towards your custom production order, once confirmed.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns on commercial orders. We require sample approval, in order to ensure you are completely satisfied with the fit and quality of your order before it is confirmed.
Custom and customized orders cannot be returned because they have been designed and produced especially for your business and cannot be resold. Commercial orders of stocked items cannot be returned due to the special discount pricing they receive.

What do we do if we are tax exempt?

For customers purchasing in Texas, we are required to charge sales tax. If you are tax exempt, we request that a copy of your tax exemption form be submitted prior to purchase. If you are outside of Texas, we do not require a copy of the tax exemption form as we do not charge sales tax for out of state orders.
