How long do I have to change or cancel an order?
We process orders quickly, so you need to submit a request ASAP if you need to cancel your order. Requests must be submitted via the Cancel Order Form.
Please note that we can only cancel orders if they have not yet been processed, which usually happens within an hour of being placed. After providing your email address and order number, the system will automatically indicate if your order is eligible for cancellation. Once your order is successfully canceled, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes. You will need to cancel your order instead if it has not yet processed, and then place a new one.
How long do I have to return an order?
We strive to offer you the best product possible, but we realize that sometimes things just don't work out. If your cover isn't working for you, you have 30 days to return it for a full product refund, no questions asked. The 30 day period begins from the date of delivery. You will be required to pay the shipping charges for any item that is returned. PLEASE NOTE: All Covercraft custom vehicle covers, custom jet ski covers, custom windshield covers, and custom size covers are final and will not be processed for return or refund. If you have a warranty complaint, please refer to our warranty form to guide you through the process.
How long will it take for my return to be processed and refunded?
We will process your return and refund as soon as we receive it. However, it may take up to 7-14 business days after receipt for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. This is dependent on your credit card provider, and is out of our control. PLEASE NOTE:Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How long will a re-order take to process?
Re-orders are completed in a two-step process. First a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is obtained for the original purchase. Then a new order can be placed at any time for the new size, style, or color you're wanting in its place. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges will apply for both the returned order and the new order.
How do I return a product purchased from Amazon.com?
To return a product purchased through Amazon.com, please log into your Amazon account to initiate the return request. You will be promptly emailed your authorization number within 24 hours along with further instructions for your return.
I live in Canada, how can I return my product?
Please fill out our returns form to begin the process. You will be refunded both the applicable product cost and GST/HST. Original duty and shipping charges will not be refunded, and you will be required to pay for return shipping.
