Please use our easy, step by step process to begin an order return or warranty claim:

At The Cover Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will be happy to refund any new and unused merchandise purchased from our website within 30 days of delivery. Please read our special notes below prior to initiating a return.

Please Note:

  • Items returned with scratches or other damage will not be accepted
  • Monogrammed, personalized and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returns must include original inner gift box packaging
  • All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which can be generated below
  • RMA # must be written on the outside of the shipping box
  • CONTINENTAL USA: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • CANADA: Shipping fees, brokerage fees, duty taxes and GST/HST taxes will not be refunded
  • The Cover Store is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit
  • It may take up to 7-14 business days after receipt for your refund to appear on your credit card statement
  • If your purchase was made on Amazon, you must log in to your Amazon account to initiate the return.
  • If your purchase was a corporate sample, you must contact sales@the-cover-store.com to initiate the return.

    HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

    Once your order has been processed in our system, it cannot be cancelled or changed. This generally occurs within two hours of placing your order. To cancel or change, contact us IMMEDIATELY by completing the contact form. If you have any questions, please call 1-866-889-8896 M - F, 8:30am - 6pm CST. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee your request will be accepted. Once our warehouse has processed your order, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

    HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ORDER?

    If for some reason the product does not work for your needs, you have 30 days to return the item for a refund on product cost, excluding shipping. The 30 day period begins from the date noted on the invoice that is included with the product shipment. PLEASE NOTE: All Corporate/B2B orders and Covercraft orders (including but not limited to: custom vehicle covers, custom jet ski covers and custom windshield covers) are final and will not be processed for return.

    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED AND REFUNDED?

    Your refund will be processed once your return is received. PLEASE NOTE: It may take up to 7-14 business days after receipt for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    HOW LONG WILL A RE-ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?

    Re-orders are completed in a two-step process. First a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is obtained for the original purchase. Then a new order can be placed at any time for the new size, style, or color you're wanting in its place. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges will apply for the new order.

    RETURNING A PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM AMAZON.COM

    To return a product purchased through Amazon.com, please log into your Amazon account to initiate the return request. You will be promptly emailed your authorization number within 24 hours along with further instructions for your return.

    RETURNING A PRODUCT FROM CANADA

    You will be refunded both the applicable product cost and GST/HST. Original Duty and Shipping charges will not be refunded.
