Domestic Order Tracking
You can track the status of your order 24 hours after it has been shipped using our Track My Order feature. You will need your order number & ship-to zip code to access this information. Your order number begins with WEB1 and can be found on your order confirmation email. Please note, Coverstore will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.
On the rare occasion a product is out of stock, a notice will appear on the item's detail page, including the date we expect the item to replenish in our inventory. The out of stock item will be shipped to you at no additional freight cost when it becomes available.
Orders containing both in stock & backordered items: in stock items ship within 1 - 2 business days & backordered items ship when available.
Custom Cover Orders
Covermates custom covers and Covercraft custom covers will ship within 2-3 weeks* of placing your order, and order tracking information will be visible 24-48 hours after shipment date. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains the order tracking link for the selected carrier to monitor tracking movement.
For orders containing stock and custom items: in-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days, and custom items will ship within 2-3 weeks.

We offer Free Shipping on orders $99+ for members of the Cover Club. This offer will automatically be applied to your shopping cart when you spend $99.00 or more. You must spend $99.00 or more after discounts are applied (and not including taxes or shipping charges) to qualify for FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING. Offer valid only for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada and Australia). Free shipping cannot be applied to Covercraft custom vehicle covers, Coverstore Pro orders, combined with volume discounts, or applied as partial payment toward the cost of other shipping methods. We are glad to offer all-inclusive shipping rates for orders shipping to Canada and Australia. This means that we will charge you a fee for brokerage, duties, and taxes up-front, and we will then pay these charges ourselves. That way, you will not have to pay anything extra, and you can be assured that the total amount in your shopping cart is all you'll pay - you won't get any surprises at the time of delivery.
