Pricing & Loyalty Store Credits

We offer discounts by order value and by SKU purchased. Order value discounts are determined by the product totals before applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges. Volume or bulk discounts vary based on the SKU and may not apply to all items. You can view the volume discount table for a specific SKU by going to the product page and locating the link to view the table beneath the "add to cart" button. Both the order value discounts and bulk discounts will apply automatically in the shopping cart after adding qualified items to cart. Discounts do not apply to sale items and cannot be combined with any other promotions or free shipping. You must be logged in and registered as a Coverstore Pro customer to receive any business discounts and credits. Please view the tables below for how our discounts are structured.

The loyalty store credit of 5% of the order value (before tax, duties, and shipping) will apply to all business purchases. The credit will be added to your account 30 days after purchase and can be redeemed during checkout.

Store credit may not be purchased, has no cash value, and is not redeemable for cash. Store credit is non-transferable and is calculated in U.S. Dollars ($USD). Credits cannot be used on the purchase in which they are awarded or applied to previous purchases. Returned items are not eligible to receive rewards points. Credits are valid for 365 days from the order date. For example, store credit for a purchase made on 8/16/2018 is valued for use on subsequent purchases made up to and including 8/16/2019.

Order Payment

Orders are placed through our website, www.the-cover-store.com. You must be logged into your Coverstore Pro account to receive discounts or redeem loyalty credits. All pricing, payment, and transaction amounts are represented and processed in U.S. Dollars ($USD). Orders must be paid in full at the time when they are placed on the website. Payment terms are not offered on any order transactions.

Lead Times

Lead times stated in the shopping cart are from date of order confirmation and full payment. Large volume orders may require up to 60 days to be produced, shipped, and received and are subject to product availability. Smaller orders for items that are in stock at our warehouse will be shipped and processed within 1-2 business days. Quotes for expedited shipping services are available upon request.

All shipping is done through the shipping accounts of Coverstore and shipping charges apply to all business purchases. Shipping addresses must be in the United States, Canada, or Australia. Shipments to Canada and Australia are subject to brokerage fees, duties, and taxes. Sales tax applies to shipments made to addresses located in Texas. If your company is tax exempt, simply email us at sales@the-cover-store.com with an exemption certificate for our files and your order will ship tax free to locations within Texas.

Returns

Returns of stocked items can be made within 30 days of the order date. We are unable to accept returns on custom or personalized products. Please view our full return policy here.

Customer acknowledges that all names, trademarks, logos, patents, copyrights, and all other intellectual property are owned by Coverstore and will be used to market and sell products purchased from Coverstore, to be accurate and transparent with the consumer.

Content & Review Standards

Coverstore encourages customers to submit product reviews, photos, videos, comments, and feedback to our website ("Reviews"). By submitting a Review to our website, you hereby grant Coverstore a perpetual, full-paid, royalty-free, worldwide right to license and use, transfer, reproduce, distribute, and make available such review content on our site and our marketing materials.

Any Reviews you submit to Coverstore must abide by our community rules. This means they cannot include profanity, obscene, vulgar, offensive or hateful language; be interpreted as being infringing, defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, obscene, pornographic, objectionable, or promote discrimination, bigotry, racism, or hatred, as determined by Coverstore in its sole discretion infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights of any third party; contain inaccurate information or content (where it states facts); contain no product information or relevancy to the product at hand; contain any advertising or promote any goods or services or links to other websites; and contain any personal information such as email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses

In addition, Reviews will only be accepted from genuine, verifiable purchasers. Coverstore reserves the right to remove, redact, or otherwise modify Reviews for any reason, with or without notice, including because they do not meet our community rules.

Other Terms & Conditions

Coverstore has made every attempt to provide the most accurate information on this website and we cannot be held liable for any typographical errors or inaccuracies contained within it. Upon notification, we immediately make an effort to correct errors that we find or that are brought to our attention. All product thumbnail and enlarged images are not shown in their actual size. Different computer monitor screen resolution settings affect size and color, so those characteristics of our products may not be reflected accurately on your monitor. If it is discovered that an item is priced on our website in error, we will notify you of the correct pricing via email and give you the option of agreeing to the order at the correct price or canceling the order. Coverstore reserves the right to cancel an order due to pricing or other errors. Coverstore reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason it deems reasonable. Coverstore makes no representation or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, as to the operation of the website, its information, content, availability or shipping.

Customer agrees to market and sell products purchased from Coverstore only using content and images supplied by Coverstore. Customer agrees that it will not at any time disclose to a third party any proprietary and confidential information regarding Coverstore, its products, or its business practices. Customer will provide properly trained selling and customer service staff to instruct consumers on the use of products purchased from Coverstore and agree to handle all return, exchange and warranty issues directly with the consumer.

No additional warranties or promises should be made by customer with respect to products purchased from Coverstore that are over and above the information provided by Coverstore. Customer agrees that Coverstore shall not be liable for loss or damage resulting from not accepting or a delay in accepting orders that are not compliant with applicable procedures, policies, rules and regulations of Coverstore or failure or delay in delivering reseller orders because of capacity or production issues, supplier issues, weather delays, etc. or for any other reason whatsoever.

Pricing, discount structures, store credits and policies can change at Coverstore’s sole discretion.
