Program Highlights

  • Orders are placed through
  • Sales tax applies to shipments made to addresses located in Texas. Sales orders will be exempt from sales tax if we have a tax exemption certificate on file for your business.
  • Brokerage fees, duties and taxes will be applied to all shipments to Canada and Australia.
  • Shipping charges apply to all discounted business purchases.
  • All shipping is done through shipping accounts of Coverstore.
  • Shipping addresses must be in the United States, Canada or Australia. Sorry, we are unable to ship to other international addresses.
  • Order Payment

  • Orders must be paid in full at the time they are placed on our website.
  • Payment terms are not offered on any order transaction.
  • Pricing & Bonus Store Credit

  • Business discounts apply to qualifying regularly priced products at the time an order is placed on our website by a logged in and registered business customer as follows:

    $0 - $1,000 10%
    $1,001 - $2,000 15%
    $2,001 - $3,000 20%
    Over $3,000 25%
  • Discounts are calculated from our published web pricing online at
  • Discounts do not apply to sale items and cannot be combined with other promotions, including free shipping offers.
  • Discounts are for stocking items only and do not apply to custom products.
  • An additional bonus incentive of 5% will apply on all business purchases. Incentives will be in the form of a store credit that can be used on future business purchases.
  • Store credits are calculated from sales order value before duties, taxes and shipping costs.
  • Store credits cannot be used on the purchase in which they are awarded or any previous purchase.
  • Store credits are valid for one year from the date in which they were awarded. For example, awarded store credit for a purchase made on 8/16/2018 is valid for use on subsequent purchases made up to and including 8/16/19.
  • Store credit may not be purchased, has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash.
  • Store credit is non-transferable.
  • Store credit is calculated in US dollars.
  • Lead Times

  • Lead times stated are from date of order confirmation and full payment.
  • Volume orders may require up to 60 days to be produced, shipped and received by us.
  • Smaller orders for items that are stocked in our warehouse will be processed and shipped in 1-2 business days.
  • Larger order quantities are subject to product availability.
  • Quotes for expedited shipping services are available upon request.
  • Returns

  • Returns of stocking items can be made within 30 days of order date. Please note: in light of the current coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we have temporarily extended our return policy to 60 days from delivery.
  • Sorry, we are unable to accept returns on custom products.
  • Other Terms & Conditions

  • Customer acknowledges that all names, trademarks, logos, patents, copyrights and all other intellectual property are owned by Coverstore and will always be used to market and sell products purchased from Coverstore, to be accurate and transparent with the consumer.
  • Customer agrees to market and sell products purchased from Coverstore using content/images supplied by Coverstore.
  • Discounts do not apply to sale items and cannot be combined with other promotions, including free shipping offers.
  • Customer agrees that it will not at any time disclose to a third party any proprietary and confidential information regarding Coverstore, its products or its business practices.
  • Customer will provide adequate selling and customer service staff, properly trained, to instruct consumers on the use of products purchased from Coverstore, and agree to handle all return, exchange and warranty issues directly with the consumer.
  • No additional warranties or promises should be made by customer with respect to products purchased from Coverstore that are over and above the information provided by Coverstore.
  • Customer agrees that Coverstore shall not be liable for loss or damage resulting from not accepting or a delay in accepting orders that are not compliant with applicable procedures, policies, rules and regulations of Coverstore or failure or delay in delivering reseller orders because of capacity or production issues, supplier issues, weather delays, etc. or for any other reason whatsoever.
  • Pricing, discount structures, store credits and policies can change at Coverstore’s sole discretion.
  • Creating a Coverstore Pro account opts you into receiving marketing emails from Coverstore. You may unsubscribe at any time here or by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.
