Coverstore's COVID-19 Updates

First and foremost, we hope all of you are staying safe and healthy during these trying times. Like everyone around the world, we are adjusting to the new reality brought on by COVID-19. While Coverstore's online store remains open and orders are being fulfilled without delay, the well-being of our team members is always top of mind. We have introduced new measures to care for our employees while safely servicing our customers without disruption including:

  • All team members who are able to do so are working remotely at this time to encourage social distancing
  • Our fulfillment center is undergoing expanded sanitation requirements and health checks to ensure the utmost safety for essential staff
  • To provide customers greater flexibility, we are extending our return window to 60 days, retroactive to any purchase made from February 10th, 2020
  • At Coverstore, our mission is to protect what you love. In light of recent events, we asked ourselves what this truly meant. How can we support ongoing efforts against this disease? Starting today, we will be donating supplies, including 1000 face masks, to medical facilities. We will also donate a portion of online sales to Direct Relief, a humanitarian aid organization providing protective equipment and gear to health workers on the frontline of this battle against the coronavirus.
